Angelos Baxevanis

Angelos Baxevanis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Angelos currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Transformation for Europe at Amarin Corporation, a position they have held since December 2021.

Prior to this, they worked as a Management Advisor at Solmeya starting from February 2019. Before that, they were a Business Mentor at Reload Greece from February 2016 onwards.

From May 2020 to November 2021, Angelos held the role of Senior Vice President of Communications & Marketing at CENTOGENE. Angelos also served as a Board Member at Racecheck from March 2018 to March 2021.

In March 2018, they established AAB Consulting Inc and worked as the Managing Principal Consultant until April 2020.

Angelos has also gained significant experience in the healthcare industry, having worked at Smith & Nephew from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they held various roles, including VP Marketing Communication & Marketing Excellence, Global, VP Marketing Operations Global AWM, and Vice President Marketing Operations, Advance Wound Care.

Before entering the healthcare industry, they worked at AstraZeneca from 2009 to 2014, holding positions such as Commercial Lead, Core PMO, Business Planning Lead, Southern Europe & Israel, and Business Effectiveness Manager.

Prior to their role at AstraZeneca, Angelos had a successful career at Coca-Cola HBC from 2005 to 2009, where they held the position of Category Trade Marketing Manager and Instant Consumption Market Manager.

Moreover, they gained valuable experience at The Coca-Cola Company from 2000 to 2005, serving as Brands Development Manager Greece, Brand Manager New Beverages, Brand Project Manager BU Colas, and Assistant Brand Manager.

Overall, Angelos Baxevanis has a strong background in strategy, transformation, management consulting, marketing, and business planning, with notable contributions in the healthcare and beverage industries.

Angelos Baxevanis completed their Master's degree in Business Administration at the Alba Graduate Business School from 1997 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Dipl degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Patras from 1992 to 1997.
