Christos Papadopoulos

Christos Papadopoulos has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial Europe at Amarin Corporation since November 2020, Christos has held various leadership roles, including Vice President General Manager for the Central Eastern Europe Region and European Head of Commercial Excellence. Prior experience includes positions at MSD from February 2012 to August 2020, where Christos contributed to establishing MSD as a leading pharmaceutical company in Central Eastern Europe and directed full marketing responsibilities for multiple franchises. Earlier career highlights include serving as Global Sales & Marketing Director at KORRES, achieving significant growth at General Mills as Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, and holding several brand management positions at Warner Lambert and Colgate-Palmolive. Christos holds an MBA from Lancaster University and a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
