Daniel Tillotson has extensive experience in the field of human resources and payroll management. Daniel started their career at SOS Security LLC as a Billing/Accounting Specialist before being promoted to Assistant Payroll Manager. In this role, they were responsible for streamlining payroll divisions and executing special budgeting and GL projects. Tillotson then joined Villa Enterprises as a Corporate Payroll Manager, overseeing payroll for over 200 stores nationwide and handling tax reconciliation. Currently, they are working at Amarin Corporation, where they have held various roles, including Payroll Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager. In these positions, they have managed payroll processes, ensured compliance with tax regulations, and served as a key contributor to recruitment and HR strategy. Tillotson is currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources and Director of Compensation and Benefits at Amarin Corporation.
