Donna Naughton

Donna Naughton has a strong legal background with experience in various roles. Donna is currently working at Amarin Corporation, where they serve as the Associate Director of Legal Counsel. Prior to that, they were a Senior Legal Counsel at the same company.

Before joining Amarin Corporation, Donna worked as a Legal Counsel at Genuity Science from November 2018 to August 2021. Donna also held the position of Legal Counsel at SecuriCentrix from November 2016 to October 2018 and at ICON plc from October 2014 to November 2016.

Donna started their legal career as a Solicitor in Public and Regulatory Law at McDowell Purcell from December 2013 to October 2014. Donna initially joined McDowell Purcell as a Trainee Solicitor in February 2010 and continued in that role until December 2013.

Donna gained experience as a Paralegal at Bank of Ireland from July 2009 to February 2010. Prior to that, Donna interned as a Legal Intern at McDowell Purcell in May 2009.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Legal Executive at ACCBank from October 2008 to April 2009 and as a Case Handler in Legal Services from October 2007 to October 2008.

Donna Naughton attended the University of Galway from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a BA International degree with a focus on Legal Science and Italian. Donna later pursued a degree in Law at the same university from 2005 to 2006. In 2011, they attended The Law Society of Ireland and completed the Professional Practise Course I & II. Additionally, in 2003-2004 they studied at the Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo, specializing in Legal Science and Italian.
