Michael Norman

Michael Norman is an experienced strategic business consultant and senior executive with a strong background in international markets. From August 2018 to June 2024, Michael served as a Strategic Business Consultant at Vensolutions Consulting, focusing on interim general management in the UK and Ireland and optimizing commercialization for the European launch. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Senior Vice President & General Manager - International at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals from February 2019 to June 2023, overseeing full P&L responsibilities for markets outside the U.S. and managing a diverse portfolio. With extensive experience at Bristol-Myers Squibb from April 2004 to July 2017, including roles such as Vice President & General Manager for the Middle East, Africa, and India, Michael managed significant sales and led diverse teams across challenging markets.
