Leonardo Grapeia

Leonardo Grapeia, MSc., serves as the CEO of Qista since October 2019, overseeing all core areas of the company and leading a team of over 60 individuals. Notably, Leonardo led the merger between Focus Financeira and Bom Pra Crédito, the latter of which is also served as Partner and Board Member since May 2022. With extensive experience in the financial sector, Leonardo has held roles such as Executive Director and Director at various institutions, contributing to the establishment of profitable financial entities and overseeing strategic integrations. Additionally, Leonardo holds multiple Board Member positions in organizations such as UseDigi, CIABRASF, and NIO Digital, and is involved in advisory capacities at Kadmotek Venture and AMARO. Educational credentials include a forthcoming Professional Doctorate in Administration from FGV EAESP and certificates in Digital Transformation from MIT and executive programs from IESE Business School and Insper.
