Cristina Saraiva has extensive work experience in various roles within the waste management and finance sectors. cristina is currently the CEO of Amarsul since 2022. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Executive Administrator at Resinorte, SA. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2019, they held the position of Finance Director at Empresa Geral do Fomento. cristina also has experience as President of the Board of Directors at Amarsul from 2012 to 2015 and as Finance Director at Valorsul from 2000 to 2005. cristina'searlier experience includes the role of Executive Finance Director at Spel-soc.portuguesa de explosivos from 1995 to 2000.

Cristina Saraiva attended ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa from 1984 to 1989 and obtained a Licenciatura degree in Gestão de Empresas.
