Rene Meyer

Rene Meyer is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in memory and device technology. Currently serving as VP of Technology at AMAX Information Technologies since July 2015, Rene has previously held key positions including Chief Technologist at an early-stage memory startup and Senior Manager of Device Technology at Rambus. Expertise includes leading model development for filamentary RRAM, intellectual property development, and managing research collaborations with universities. Additionally, Rene has significant experience in device technology management at Unity Semiconductor and contributed to fundamental research as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Stanford University. Academic credentials include a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Materials Science from RWTH Aachen University.
