Sara Osborn

Sara Osborn has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sara began their career at Earthbound Farm, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist and later as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing recruiting, talent development, and employee engagement.

Sara then joined Sifteo, a hardware startup, as an Operations Manager. In this role, they managed employee experience, workplace operations, and office culture. Sara was responsible for financial bookkeeping, payroll administration, HR compliance, and office maintenance.

Sara then moved on to Amaze, where they held several leadership positions. Sara started as a Product Analyst, driving research, ideation, design, and development for mobile website templates. Sara later became a Creative Strategy Lead, owning creative strategy and execution for over 40 campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Sara then became a Lead Product Manager, managing product ideation, research, planning, and implementation for Famous Studio.

In their role as VP of Product and Engineering Operations, Sara initiated a product pivot to a mobile e-commerce experience platform and led product development for two products across four teams. Sara also launched a Shopify app called Shoplink. Sara then served as VP of Partnerships & Integrations, where they drove strategy and execution of partner integrations with key e-commerce and content platforms.

Most recently, Sara worked as the VP of Managed Services at Amaze. In this role, they led and managed remote teams responsible for Creator Success, Creator and Fan Support, Project Management, and white label e-commerce solutions. Sara served as the Voice of the Creator, driving growth and acquisition for strategic accounts and partnering with Sales for custom programs.

Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive innovation and growth. Sara has also been involved in international operations, establishing a presence in Amsterdam for one of their previous companies.

Sara Osborn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Endicott College from 2000 to 2004. In 2003, they participated in a Study Abroad Program focused on International Business at Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
