David Silverstein

David Silverstein has an extensive work experience, beginning in 1987 when they joined the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer. In 1994, they became Operations Manager at Bayside Controls, Inc. Two years later, they were hired as Director of Six Sigma at Seagate Technology. In 1999, they founded and became CEO of Breakthrough Management Group. In 2016, they founded and became Director of BrokenHealthcare.org, as well as Founder and Chairman of Lean Methods Group. Most recently, in 2017, they founded and became CEO of Amaze, PBC, a healthcare company that provides education, tools and resources, including a world-class virtual medical service.

David Silverstein has a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from Ithaca College and an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business.
