Michael Van Gilder

Michael Van Gilder has a long history of work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Michael currently serves as Executive Vice President of Amaze Health, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were Managing Director of Triumph Capital Group from 2016 to 2021. At Triumph Capital Group, their role was to facilitate above average returns on investment in commercial real estate assets. Michael was also responsible for executing industrial property investments that offered last-mile and emerging regional distribution solutions for the logistics industry. Michael also focused on select office properties capable of providing the environments employers require to attract and retain Millennial-generation employees.

Michael Van Gilder is currently enrolled at the University of Colorado Boulder.
