Bhanu is a human resource professional with well over two decades of work experience. She has worked in manufacturing, financial services, and the IT sector. Her strengths lie in her strategic HR consulting and organizational development capabilities. She has gained expertise in all aspects of Talent Management from holding senior leadership roles across the US and the Asia Pacific region in organizations like NIKE, DELL, Goldman Sachs and Northern Trust.

Bhanu post-graduated in Business Management from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Bangalore University, India.
