Gad Olivier has a background in toxicology, food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, with extensive experience in managing food protection systems, quality standards, supplier audits, and client audits. Gad also has a Master of advanced studies in Toxicology, pharmacology, and various certifications in food safety and risk management.
