At Amazing Offer, we believe in turning real estate challenges into solutions that meet our sellers' needs. Founded by Mike Hilliard and Ray Haynes, the Amazing Offer journey began with a simple idea: buy, renovate, and flip homes to create real value in the Phoenix market. Over the years, our partnership has evolved into an Arizona real estate family, built on trust, expertise, and a relentless drive to deliver results.

Today, we are proud to have a dedicated team of over 30 full-time members, including Acquisitions Representatives, support staff, and developers. Our Amazing team works together to make buying homes a smooth and painless experience. Located in the heart of Central Phoenix, the Amazing team understands our local market better than anyone, ensuring that every seller receives the best possible advice and offers.
