Shon Holyfield started their career as an Associate at Arthur Andersen, LLP in 1997. Shon then moved to Deloitte where they worked as a Manager from 2000 to 2003. Shon then joined Cox Communications as a Tax Director from 2003 to 2006. In 2006, they founded TTR, Inc. where they served as CEO and Founder until 2020. In 2020, Shon became the SVP and General Manager at Avalara. Currently, they are the CEO and Founder of Amazing Workplace, a company that empowers organizations to create amazing workplaces.
Shon Holyfield's education history begins in 1992, where they attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business. Shon completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Accounting, in 1996. Following this, Holyfield pursued a law degree at Notre Dame Law School from 1996 to 1999, earning their J.D. degree. In 2016, they furthered their education by attending the Yale School of Management, where they completed a program in Global Executive Leadership in 2017.
