Taryn Wishart has over 13 years of work experience in the field of brand and communications. Taryn began their career in 2007 as a Project Executive at Taylor Nelson Sofres. In 2008, they moved to Forethought Research as a Consultant. In 2011, they joined bp as an Insights Advisor, Australia & New Zealand. Taryn was later promoted to Senior Insights Advisor, Australia & New Zealand, where they designed and managed customer insight programs. In 2014, they joined EnergyAustralia as a Brand Lead. Taryn was later promoted to Brand Leader, Brand, Purpose & Sponsorship Leader, and Customer Insights Manager. In 2022, they joined AmazingCo as the Head of Brand & Communications.
Taryn Wishart has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they completed a Mini MBA in Brand Management from Marketing Week with Mark Ritson and obtained a certification in A2E Business Fundamentals from McKinsey & Company. In 2020, they completed a Mini MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week with Mark Ritson. In 2006, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Honours Class 1 (Marketing) from The University of Queensland. From 2001 to 2005, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (Marketing) and Commerce (Accounting) from The University of Queensland.
