Cinthya Flores is a skilled digital organizer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in social impact initiatives. Currently serving as a Digital Organizer at Amazon Watch since May 2021, Cinthya focuses on partnering with Indigenous and environmental organizations to advocate for human rights and ecological preservation. As the Founder of Utz Threads, Cinthya collaborates with women artisans in Guatemala to produce culturally significant textile products.
