Cyndie Berg

Cyndie Berg is an accomplished nonprofit leader with extensive experience in philanthropy and development. Currently serving as the Director of Philanthropy at Amazon Watch since August 2023, Cyndie previously held significant roles at Splash International, including Chief Partnerships Officer and Chief Development Officer, where revenue grew from $3M to $12M annually. Cyndie's past experience also includes serving as Associate Director at Room to Read, specializing in global business development, and leading development strategies at Amazon Watch earlier in their career. Additional positions held include Communications Director at American Land Conservancy and roles in business development and research across various organizations. Cyndie holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
