Mariola Fernandez has extensive experience in administrative support and operations management, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Amazon Watch since June 2015. Prior to this role, Mariola worked as an Administrative Assistant at Brava! for Women in the Arts from September 2014 to December 2014 and held the position of Operations Manager at La Peña Cultural Center from October 2004 to August 2013, where responsibilities included house management, staffing and volunteer coordination, and special events coordination. Mariola holds degrees in Business Administration and Management, and a Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas con mención en Recursos Humanos from Universidad de Chile.
