Sydney Morical

Sydney Morical is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in advocacy, research, and communications focused on environmental issues and sustainability. As Communications and Programs Assistant at Alianza Arkana since February 2014, and as Ecuador and Peru Advocacy and Research Assistant at Amazon Watch since January 2013, Sydney has contributed to critical research on oil development and Chinese influence in Latin America while supporting fundraising initiatives and coordinating representation at key events. Prior roles at the University of Southern California included managing a sustainability data collection team, coordinating community garden programming, leading Earth Week activities, and training staff on sustainable practices. Sydney holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Gender Studies from the University of Southern California.
