Alessandro Vespa

Alessandro Vespa is the CS D2AS Operations Intelligence Manager for Europe at Amazon, a position held since 2025. They focus on maintaining high-quality standards in technical support for Digital, Device, and Alexa across Europe, managing a diverse team and leading initiatives to improve performance and inclusion within the organization. Prior to this role, Alessandro contributed to various positions at Amazon, including managing operations for different European markets and serving as a Marketing Collaborator. They hold a Master’s degree in Science of Administration from the University of Cagliari, where they graduated with honors.
