Alexander Kramer

Alexander Kramer is an accomplished operations manager with expertise in hiring strategy, process improvement, and team leadership. They led operations with over 1,100 direct and indirect reports and developed strategies that resulted in significant increases in production and process efficiency. Prior to this, they held management roles at Cintas and Amazon, where they successfully launched a fulfillment center and implemented key operational improvements. Alexander holds a degree in Business Management and Leadership from Miami University.
