Alexander Wu

Alexander Wu, ScD, MPH, serves as a Workforce Health Strategist at Amazon, focusing on leveraging epidemiology, environmental health, and occupational health to enhance workplace safety. Previously at MITRE, Wu held the position of Lead Public Health Specialist, collaborating on public health research projects. As a Senior Advisor for Resolve To Save Lives, guidance and support were provided to improve COVID-19 control efforts across U.S. jurisdictions. Work as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention involved assisting Indigenous tribes with health research and outbreak response. A strong academic background includes a Doctor of Science from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, complemented by leadership as a Graduate Teaching Fellow.
