Amir Khalili

Amir Khalili is an accomplished software engineer and manager with extensive experience in computer vision and artificial intelligence. At Amazon from June 2021 to February 2023, Amir served as a Lead Software Engineer and Manager, focusing on large language models and generative AI, while also leading initiatives in computer vision at LG Electronics from July 2018 to June 2021 as Team Lead and Staff Computer Vision Engineer. Prior to these roles, Amir worked at Aquifi, Inc. as a Computer Vision Engineer, developing hand gesture detection algorithms, and at Sony Electronics as a Researcher, designing algorithms for energy-efficient smart homes.
