Previously, they held several key roles at Amazon, including Head of Food Technology for Private Label and Fresh Prepared Food, after serving as Regional Manager - Technical Service at Tate & Lyle and a Senior Product Development Scientist at Mars. They have extensive experience in product development across various food categories, including confectionery and dairy, and have managed technical teams to drive innovation and product quality. Andrea earned a PhD in Food Science from Rutgers University, where they also completed their undergraduate studies in Biotechnology and Food Science.
