Ashwin Bharghav is an experienced technology professional with a background in software engineering and program management. Ashwin began the career at Adobe Systems as a Software Engineer from June 2008 to November 2011, contributing to the Adobe Captivate Team and enhancing eLearning Suite integration across Adobe products. After transitioning to Amazon in December 2012, Ashwin held various roles, including Senior Technical Program Manager, where responsibilities included managing complex cross-functional programs and organizational roadmaps. In subsequent positions, Ashwin established scalable engineering team structures and led a significant engineering organization focused on Amazon Prime technologies until April 2022.
