Bikram Walia

Bikram Walia is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience at Amazon since May 2012, currently serving as the Director of HR for MEA and Emerging Central, overseeing teams across MENA and multiple tech and non-tech groups in India. Previous roles include leading HR for technology and non-tech teams across India, managing senior HR functions and operations, and establishing innovative processes for fulfillment centers. Walia began a career in supply chain management at ITC Limited where responsibilities included overseeing packaging operations and managing quality interfaces with key customers. Walia holds an MBA in General Management from the Indian School of Business and a dual degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Additionally, leadership roles included serving as President of the GM Club at ISB, organizing impactful industry events and competitions.
