Bob Rathbun

Bob Rathbun has extensive experience in recruiting and higher education, currently serving as a Director at Amazon since October 2013, where previous roles included Sr. Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Recruiter. Prior to Amazon, Bob worked at Indiana University Bloomington from July 2009 to April 2013 in various positions, including Assistant Director of the Office of First Year Experience Programs and SPEA Adjunct Instructor for Career Development. Bob also held the role of Assistant Director of Facilities and Operations at Missouri State University from July 2007 to June 2009 and previously worked at Indiana University Bloomington as a Union Board Program Advisor and Building Manager of the Indiana Memorial Union. Bob Rathbun holds a Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Biology from Bowling Green State University.
