Bobak Vazeen

Bobak Vazeen is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon, where they lead the legal team for the middle mile carrier programs and transportation operations. Previously, Bobak served as Corporate Counsel for Mercedes-Benz USA and as Counsel for Altisource, contributing to both Consumer Solutions and Investor Solutions business groups. Bobak’s legal career began at McGuireWoods LLP, where they specialized in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. They hold a Doctor of Law degree from Wake Forest University and are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
