Brett Johanson is currently the Head of Data and Insights for Amazon Pricing and Promotions, overseeing data engineering, analytics, and insights related to pricing strategies. Previously, they held roles at Amazon Web Services, including Head of AWS Support Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics, as well as Head of Data Science and Machine Learning within Amazon Global Learning and Development. Brett’s engineering expertise was further developed during their tenure as Principal TPM and Engineer at Boeing and through various roles in materials and processes engineering within the company. They hold an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and multiple degrees in engineering from the University of Washington and Bellevue College.
