Cathy Neal

Cathy Neal is an accomplished Senior Executive Recruiter at Amazon since October 2021 and a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council from October 2020 to present. Previously, Cathy served as Senior Director of Talent Sourcing and HR Innovations at Bayer from July 2014 to October 2021, in addition to holding the role of Global Sourcing Project Manager for Talent Acquisition. Cathy also worked at Monsanto Company from March 2008 to July 2014 as a Senior Information Technology Recruiter and Global Sourcing Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Resources and a Master of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Webster University, along with a certificate in Organizational and Strategic Leadership from the St. Louis Regional Chamber of Commerce through the St. Louis Diversity Fellows Program.
