Cheick Oulare

Cheick Oulare is an operations leader with over 15 years of progressive management experience in fulfillment and supply chain operations. They have worked as an Operations Supervisor at Flex, where they focused on compliance and efficiency, and as a Value Stream Manager at Parker Hannifin, where they drove supply chain optimization and implemented Lean processes. Currently, Oulare serves as an Operations Manager III at Amazon, overseeing the production of over 3 million units weekly while maintaining high safety and quality standards. They are also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University Gamal Abdel Nasser Guinea.
