Chrystal Golden

Chrystal Golden, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in employee relations and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Investigator at Amazon since October 2019, Chrystal specializes in investigating sensitive HR issues for the North America Centralized Investigations team. Prior to Amazon, Chrystal held roles as a Site Lead HR Business Partner at Amazon's JAX5 Sort Center and an HR Business Partner at Leprino Foods. Previous experience includes roles at Republic National Distributing Company and MD Anderson Cancer Center, as well as recruitment coordination at LA Recruitment Ltd and student support at Houston ISD. Chrystal holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, a BS in Health Administration from Texas Southern University, and SHRM-CP certification from Rice University.
