Claudia Hernandez

Claudia Hernandez possesses extensive experience in investigative roles within educational and social service settings. Currently serving as an Investigator in Human Resources at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD since January 2020, Claudia conducts investigations into alleged employee misconduct, including sexual harassment and discrimination. Prior experience at Houston ISD involved roles as Lead Investigator and HR Investigator in Employee Relations, focusing on investigations and reporting. Claudia's background also includes a significant tenure at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, where supervision, training, and development of Child Protective Services teams were key responsibilities, along with forensic interviewing of child abuse victims. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas at El Paso.
