Dauray Impersine

Dauray Impersine is a learning design and development leader currently heading the Learning Experience Design for Amazon Flex, where they established the first global team focused on learning within the organization. Prior to Amazon, Dauray held various roles, including Performance Development Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC and Sr. Training Manager at AT&T, where they consistently received recognition for their innovative contributions to learning and development. Dauray began their career as a teacher at Dekalb County Schools, specializing in technology integration and student-focused STEM programs. They earned a Master of Education in Learning, Design, and Technology from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State University.
