Devamanyu Hazarika

Devamanyu Hazarika is a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, specializing in post-training and alignment for large language models and foundation models since January 2022. Previously, Devamanyu contributed as an Applied Scientist II, focusing on enhancing the capabilities of conversational AI. Devamanyu also gained experience as an Applied Scientist Intern at Alexa AI in 2020 and worked as a Research Assistant under Professor Erik Cambria at Nanyang Technological University in 2016. Additionally, Devamanyu's early research involved the development of a novel algorithm for point robots in the field of swarm robotics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Devamanyu holds a PhD in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
