Eddie Molina, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and program management within military and civilian sectors. They served as Chief Talent Officer for the U.S. Army Criminal Investigations Division and Chief Human Resources Officer for the 1ID Combat Aviation Brigade, advising senior leaders on personnel programs. Following their military career, Eddie held various roles at Amazon, culminating in leadership in regional program management. They are also an adjunct faculty instructor at Stetson University, where they teach Business Management Principles.
