Edward Wesee is a seasoned Reliability Engineering Maintenance Manager with over 18 years of experience in maintenance and manufacturing across various industries, including MEMS and aerospace. They currently lead a team at Amazon, ensuring a safe working environment and driving multi-site production efforts. Previously, Edward held significant roles at Collins Aerospace, Seagate Technology, and Polar Semiconductor Inc., where they excelled in team leadership and continuous improvement initiatives. Edward earned a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Administration from Hamline University.
