Elaine Ross, MCIPD, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in diverse leadership roles across major organizations. Ross began a career in HR at Somerfield, serving as Learning & Development Manager from 1990 to 1997. After a brief tenure at B&Q as Senior HR Business Partner and Divisional HR Manager, Ross joined Amazon in 2015, progressing through various senior roles including Senior HR Leader for the EMEA Region and ultimately serving as HR Director for the EMEA HR Partner Team since April 2022. Ross holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management from Bournemouth University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
