Elise Nowak

Elise Nowak is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon, where they focus on corporate transactional work, particularly in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets. Previously, Elise worked at DLA Piper, Gadens, and Fieldfisher, gaining extensive experience in corporate advisory and litigation. They completed the MBA Essentials program at the London School of Economics and Political Science and hold dual Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Science from the University of Melbourne. Elise has also interned with the United Nations and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
