Vance Brown

Brown has worked at Boston Scientific for more than two decades, during which time he has supported almost every business, region and function across the company. He has led a number of groups within the legal and compliance department and most recently was interim general counsel. Before being promoted to senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary in June 2021. He had been vice president and chief corporate counsel since 2010.

Brown previously worked at law firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom.
