Ella Sikes

Ella Sikes currently serves as a Global Specialty Recruiting Coordinator at Amazon since October 2024, following their role as a Recruiting Coordinator supporting GE Vernova at Yoh, where responsibilities included managing the candidate offer process and overseeing pre-employment checks for a caseload of 40-150 candidates.
