Federica Casagrande

Federica Casagrande is a seasoned EU Senior Program Manager at Amazon with over eight years of experience in multinational companies, leading large, multidisciplinary teams. They developed expertise across the entire value stream chain of operations, managing Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Control and Quality Assurance departments in various locations across Italy. Federica has successfully launched four out of six Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers in Italy and currently oversees Sort Centers and Cross-Dock launches across the EU. Prior to Amazon, they held roles as a Junior Analyst at Agic Technology and a PMO-IT Governance Analyst at Trelleborg Group, alongside their academic achievements in Management Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma, where they earned both their Bachelor's and Master's degrees with honors.
