Federica Tornaghi

Federica Tornaghi currently serves as a LEAN Intern at SYNLAB Italia, providing support to the Business Transformation Manager in projects focused on continuous improvement through Lean principles. In addition, Federica is an aspiring consultant at momentum consulting and a Logistics Department Specialist at Equal Esade. Federica is pursuing a double degree in MSc International Management and MSc Business Analytics at Esade, expected to complete in October 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Federica also participated in the Berkeley Haas Global Access Program at the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in Business and Entrepreneurship, and completed a Scientific Baccalaureate with a focus on Mathematics, Science, and Physics from Liceo Scientifico Antonio Banfi.
