Currently, they serve as the Procurement Manager at SHEIN, leading a team to optimize procurement processes and support a resilient supply chain for e-commerce. Previously, Fernando held roles at Sensient Technologies Corporation and Amazon, focusing on import and export processes while leveraging expertise in cost analysis and supplier management. They earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitário Padre Anchieta and Grupo Anchieta.
