Ganesh Karthik Sankar is a seasoned professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as Product Design Lead for Enterprise AI/ML at Amazon, where responsibilities include designing predictive AI systems and automation workflows to enhance customer support efficiency. In addition to a role as a Board Member at Design Forward Alliance, previous experience includes founding UX Designer positions at Sound Transit, leading significant cost-saving initiatives, and at Qualcomm, where Ganesh defined the UX vision for global tools impacting over 2 million users. Expertise also extends to roles with Translators Without Borders, GitHub, Bank of America, and Pegasystems, focusing on user-centered design solutions across various sectors.
