Garrison Hu

Garrison Hu is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience across various prominent companies. Currently a Privacy Specialist at Amazon since November 2022, Garrison built a team from the ground up to conduct over 100 Security Reviews, successfully mitigating more than 300 critical and high-severity findings prior to production release. At T-Mobile, from September 2017 to October 2022, Garrison served as Cyber Security Manager, overseeing a diverse team and guiding their professional development. Previous roles at T-Mobile included Principal Security Engineer, where Garrison led the DSO Application Security team, and Senior Security Engineer, focusing on automating security testing processes. Earlier experience at Boeing included conducting operational assessments and various roles in information security. Garrison holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from Carnegie Mellon University and a certificate in Information Security and Risk Management from the University of Washington.
