Geoff Ramey

Geoff Ramey is a results-oriented Global HR Leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors, driven by a passion for people, technology, and service. They have held progressive roles, including Vice President of Human Resources at both Centerra Gold Inc. and Thompson Creek Metals Company, and served as Global Human Resources Director at Anaergia. Ramey is a certified HR professional (CHRL) and executive (CHRE) and has contributed to the Ontario Human Resources Professionals Association as a board member. With a strong focus on leadership, organizational development, and employee engagement, they continue to support various initiatives, including their role as a Volunteer Human Resources Consultant for the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation. Ramey holds a Business Diploma in Human Resources from Sheridan College and a BA in Labour Studies from McMaster University.
