Harper Carpenter

Harper Carpenter is a seasoned professional in human resources and program management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Amazon since January 2023, Harper has previously held various roles at Amazon Web Services, including participation in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program and positions as Program Manager and BeXT HR Partner. Experience at MSU South Culinary HR Office as an Onboarding Specialist involved facilitating over 100 new hires per semester and managing employee orientation processes. Additionally, leadership as Chair of the College of Social Science Dean's Student Advisory Council included conducting meetings and collaborating with faculty to enhance the student experience. Harper holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Capital & Society from Michigan State University.
