Henry Sotelo, MBA, is a seasoned Customer Success Leader with extensive experience in program leadership across various industries. They have held significant roles at notable companies such as Abbott, where they served as Global Business Transformation Senior Program Manager, and GE HealthCare, where they managed high-impact projects in the Women’s Health group. Henry began their career as a Business Analyst at Morgan Stanley and New York Life Insurance Company, developing key skills in stakeholder communication and project management. They are currently a Senior Program Manager for DSP Expansion at Amazon. Henry holds a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University and an MBA from Cornell University.
